In this week, we start our online meeting with our vip customers,In order to understand customer needs better, our boss Mr. Andy Liu, sales manager Ms. Jelena Chen and sales attend the meeting. For the first meeting, we reviewed cooperation with our customers in the past year and invite customers to conduct an overall assessment of MPT such as quality, price, service and so on, we are glad that all our customers are very satisfied with our MPT tools. Our MPT tools are always concerned about the impact of the epidemic on customers and the countermeasures, we hope we can offer better service and help for our customers.
In the new year, our MPT has made a lot of improvements that can make MPT better so our customers’ opinions are very important to us, So in the meeting, we asked customers what they need the most help from MPT or what MPT needs to improve the most (1. Our customers don’t hesitate to provide us with a lot of suggestions so that we can improve in the new year.
